Stura Open Day - All Welcome!

Our newly completed properties at Stura, Gott will be advertised on 24th August via the usual channels (Shetland Times and our website).

Interested parties, as well as members of the public are invited to come along to our open day on 24th August from 2pm until 4pm.

This development marks the third time the Association has constructed housing in this area and will result in the provision of an additional 40 properties next to our scheme at Gaet-A-Gott

You can view and register your interest in the properties on the day or by contacting the office (closing date for applications is Tuesday 28th at 2pm). Our housing staff will be on hand to answer any questions and to provide further information.

The project is made up of two phases with these 16 properties due for completion in September 2018 and the remaining 24 expected late in 2019.

There are a number of different property sizes being provided with two of them specifically adapted for additional support. The list below shows the mix of house sizes on this project:

◦Sixteen (1-Bedroom 2-person flats)
◦Fourteen (2-Bedroom 3-person houses)
◦Six (3-Bedroom 4-person houses)
◦Two (3-Bedroom 5-Person houses)
◦Two (4-Bedroom 6-Person houses)

All properties are timber kit construction with external timber cladding. The heating is supplied via air source heat pumps and all properties have mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
