Policy Updates
A number of policy updates were approved at the last Management Committee meeting on 22nd July.
At a meeting of our Management Committee on Thursday 22nd July 2021, a number of policy updates were approved. To ensure our policies do not become outdated, we review each one at least every three years, or sooner, where there are legislative changes.
The following policies were approved for adoption;
- Whistleblowing policy - review
- Allocation Policy - review
- Bad Debts Policy - review
- Estate Management Policy - review
- Repossession Policy – review
- Short Scottish Secure Tenancy – new policy
In May of this year, we reported the findings of our extensive Allocation Policy consultation. All recommendations were approved by Committee, and the new Allocation Policy criteria will be adopted for allocations taking place week commencing Monday 2nd August 2021.
