Within this section the Association aims to provide information on its proposed construction and maintenance tenders over the next few years.

Scheduled tenders 2025/26

The below contracts will be tendered in order to commence work onsite within the financial year 2025/26.

Planned Maintenance

  • External blockwork replacement (7 properties) Hillswick
  • Fabric first energy improvement works (8 properties) Virkie
  • Long term plumbing contracts for annual servicing (3-4 Years)
    • 1 - Heating and ventilation servicing various locations
    • 2 - Heating and ventilation servicing various locations
    • 3 - Heating and ventilation servicing various locations
  • Long term painting contracts for house painting (3-4 Years)
    • 1 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations
    • 2 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations
    • 3 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations
  • Long term service contract (3-4 Years)
    • Maintenance of external planted areas (including weed treatments) various locations

New Build Housing Development

  • House Build 1 & 2, Staneyhill, Lerwick (60 properties)

Scheduled tenders 2026/27

The below contracts will be tendered in order to commence work onsite within the financial year 2026/27.

Planned Maintenance

  • Long term painting contract for house painting (4-5 Years)
    • 1 – External paintwork (timber cladding, windows, doors etc) various locations
  • Long term joinery contract (4-5 Years)
    • Kitchen replacement’s various locations
  • Dry-Dash Harling replacement (12 properties) Virkie
  • Long term electrical contract (4-5 Years)
    • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing various locations

Scheduled tenders 2027/28

The below contracts will be tendered in order to commence work onsite within the financial year 2027/28.

Development

  • House Build 3, Staneyhill, Lerwick (6 properties)
