Welcome to this section of the website where the Association intends to publish information on its programme of works including procurement and tendering opportunities.
The Association has a significant amount of housing construction, maintenance, and retrofit projects it wants to deliver over the next 10 years and has joined up with the Shetland Islands Council (SIC) as part of an initiative to address the construction sector challenges associated with housing in Shetland to 2034.
The initiative involved consulting with the construction sector, and following a series of meetings, their feedback was assessed, and the key findings highlighted a need for ongoing effective dialogue between all parties and the provision of up-to-date information on upcoming procurements and tenders.
This section of the website is designed to enable bidders to access that information and register their interest in upcoming Association tenders. The SIC also set up a specific website to provide information on its requirements which can be accessed below.
